Event Information

	Ball Co-Chairs:	John Warren, CEO, Washington Trust Co.

		Toots Zynsky, Professor, RI School of Design
		Ernesto Aparacio, Graphic Designer, Aparacio Design, Inc.
	Time & Place:	Saturday, April 25, 2009 Rhodes-on-the-Pawtuxet, Cranston, Rhode Island 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM Patron Reception, invitation only
	Purpose:	All proceeds will benefit the International Institute Rhode Island's programs and services for immigrants and refugees in Rhode Island.

	Attendance:	An estimated 1000+ people



	Events:	International music and dancing International hors d'oeuvres Cocktails (cash bar) Raffle
	Entertainment:	Salsa Night Band Big NazO Rhode Island Kung Fu and Lion Dance Club
	Dress:	Festive attire, costumes, national dress, black tie optional



	Tickets:	Patron: $100 per ticket Regular: $40 Student: $15
	Volunteer Opportunities:	Over 30 volunteers are needed the day of the Ball for set-up & decoration, ticket tables & reception, and clean-up. All volunteers receive one free Ball ticket. More Information on volunteering.
