Involves hanging decorations, setting up tables, placing centerpieces, and arranging ballroom, bar area, and entrance.

Ticket Table

One-hour commitment involves selling admission tickets, admitting people into event off reserved list, and writing down table numbers for sponsors

• One hour time slots available from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. during event

• Attire: Black Tie Optional, Costume, or Ethnic Dress

Selling Door Prize & Raffle Tickets

One-hour commitment involves selling tickets during the event at the door and capturing guest information.

• One hour time slots available from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. during event

• Location: Rhodes on the Pawtuxet

• Date: April 12th

• Attire: Black Tie Optional, Costume, or Ethnic Dress

Signing People Up on International Institute’s Mailing List

One-hour commitment involves encouraging guests to learn more about the Institute and having them fill in their contact information on sign up sheet

• One hour time slots available from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. during event

• Location: Rhodes on the Pawtuxet

• Date: April 12th

• Attire: Black Tie Optional, Costume, or Ethnic Dress

Tear Down of Decorations/Clean Up

Involves taking down decorations and gathering fabric and materials used.
