Students

Every year we work with nearly 1,000 adult learners.  Our English language courses are designed to help learners read, write, speak and understand English so they can function in the United States as family members, workers, and citizens. Qualified and experienced teachers of English as a Second Language teach the classes and specialize in individual student-based learning.

We provide day, evening, and Saturday classes in English as a Second Language, GED preparation, job training, computer training, and citizenship preparation.

Brief Overview:

  • Classes run on a semester basis.
  • You must be 18 or older to enroll.
  • You must put your name on our waitlist to get into class.
  • You must complete our orientation and testing process.
  • You must follow school and classroom rules.
  • Classes are held at IIRI and off-site locations.
