Immigration fees are going up at the end of july - make an appointment now!

As of July 30th, immigration fees will be increasing by an average of 66%.

Form & Benefit applied for Current Fee New Fee
I-90: Application to replace  $260 $370
permanent resident card
I-130: Family Petition $190 $355
I-485: Adjust status and become  $575 $1,010
a permanent resident including the
fee for employment authorization
N-400: Naturalization – application  $400 $675
to become U.S. citizen

(Please note that the fees above include the biometrics fee, but do not include the fee charged by the agency or attorney for representation with USCIS.)

Anyone who needs to renew their green card, has been thinking about applying for citizenship but has not, wants to petition for family members abroad, or has been thinking about applying for benefits with U.S. immigration should do so.

To receive assistance, an appointment must be made now with a non-profit agency that has been accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to practice immigration law OR an immigration attorney.

It is important to use accredited representatives because they have the required level of experience and knowledge to provide immigration legal services.  Only BIA-accredited representatives and attorneys can represent clients at immigration interviews and in immigration court.

Contact one of the following three BIA-accredited agencies in Rhode Island to file an application:
