The International
Institute is home to Rhode Islands largest group of in-house
caseworkers accredited by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Services are available in all major languages spoken in the community and interpreting can be arranged for any language need. Caseworkers
are fully trained and up to date on all current immigration laws, processes and procedures, allowing them to deal with immigration matters such as:
Citizenship
Petitions for Relatives
Green Card applications
Asylum applications
Deportation defense
Temporary Protected Status
Application services are available by appointment. Walk-ins can receive free information and referrals during our normal business hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm except during the lunch hour of noon to 1:00 pm.
